The university recognizes two different types of student organizations, Campus Life Programs and Registered Student Groups. If you are unsure about what category your group belongs to, please review the: student organization handbook resource as a reference. Organizations not registered on Bulldog Link can not use University trademarks or logos or reference the University in the name of their organization.

Templates and Resources

When purchasing items for university use, we encourage the use of licensed or preferred vendors listed here. These vendors are familiar with the University’s standards and in some cases already have templates built to suit our specific needs.

If you don’t see an item or vendor listed that you think should be, please email us for assistance.

Creative Direction

  • Light: When possible, indoor & outdoor light should be a character in the shot. Look for opportunities to highlight what is naturally already there. Flash or other artificial lighting should only be used as a last resort.
  • Action: Action should be guided but spontaneous. It should not look staged.

Focus: When possible, the subject should be shot with a shallow depth of field to create a simple point of focus. Let the background and periphery fall off.
